Terms And Conditions


  •  Rooms are sold various plans. Taxes as applicable and levied extra.

  •  Maximum occupancy for Luxury Villa is 4 persons.

  •  Due to remote location & limited no. of rooms, food is not available on ala carte basis. Food service style will either be Buffet or TDH (Table d’ hot) “Fixed Menu Table Service” basis & shall be served in the Restaurant only.

  •   Children above 12 years of age would be considered as adult and an extra adult rate would be applicable.

  •   Tariff is subject for revision without prior notice (except for the quoted as above).

  •   Standard terms and conditions (House Rules) of the hotel apply for all guests.

  •   Rights of Admission Reserved.

  •   Hotel Management will not be responsible for any mishaps, accidents or injuries to guests during the entire event at resort.

  •   Standard terms and conditions of the hotel apply – Rights of Admission Reserved.

  •   Anything which is not mentioned in this letter shall be charged extra.

  •   Booking is subject to the confirmation after the receipt of 100% advance payment & as per minimum guaranteed pax.

  •   Belongings and valuables of guests lost during the event/stay shall not be the responsibility of the Management.

  •   Telephone, Laundry, additional F&B services (over & above the package) will be charged extra & to be cleared at the time of check out.

 

Payment Terms

  •  Payments can be done by cash or credit card (credit card machine subject to the internet connectivity); we do not accept cheques at the resort.

  •   Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not done while check-in.

  •   Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of Guests Guaranteed or Actual number of guests, whichever is higher.

  •   All extras to be cleared at the resort before departure.

  •   In the event of rooms booked on phone without any advance payment, booking will be held up to 3 hours on the day of arrival unless prior information for late arrival is provided.

  •   All extras, taken over & above the package rate will be charged extra and added to the final bill accordingly.

 

Check in check out

  •  Check in time is 12 Noon and check out time is 10 am.

  •   Maximum occupancy for Luxury Villa is 4 persons (Adult & Children).

  •   All the rooms will have to be vacated at the day of check out at 10.00 am. Late check out will be given subject to availability at extra cost.

  •   Photo ID is mandatory for all guests (adult and children) staying in the rooms.

  •   Full payment is mandatory prior to check-in. Rooms will not be allotted if full payment is not done.

  •   For late checkout request may be made to the hotel and is subject to availability.

  •   In the event of direct payment, guests are required to pay full advance at the time of Check-in.

 

Cancellation

  •  We do not accept any cancellations. Advance once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted. You will appreciate that cancellation / postponement means permanent loss of revenue to the resort. Accordingly, any cancellations / postponement from your side for any reason whatsoever, the retention charges equivalent to 100% of the bill amount /guaranteed amount shall be payable by you. This shall be the essence of this contract.

  •  In case of unforeseen circumstance if reservations dept. is informed by mail 30 days prior to the checking date then advance amount paid shall be adjusted in future bookings which is valid for 90 days from the date of booking subject to the availability of rooms and rate applicable at that point of time. After 90 days, the paid amount shall be forfeited. At the time of rebooking total no of nights booked & total amount will have to be utilized and rates will not be reduced. The postponed booking will be allowed only once and cannot be bifurcated in terms of amount and room night/s.


Validity:
The Privileged prepaid offer validity is till 31st December 2021.

Activation
Due to covid-19 the offer will be activated from 1st Dec. 2020. Customers can start bookings after this date. Luxury Villa booking will start from 1st December 2020 and Studio Suite booking from 1st March 2020.

Authentication:
On purchase of privileged prepaid offer company provides unique coupon codes for every voucher which can be used by customers to redeem the offer. In case of lost or stolen company does not provide any booking and will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss to customer

Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 9.30 am.

Authorization Disclaimer:
Club Sanskruti reserves the right to add, modify withdraw or delete any of the prior notice. All decisions in this regard will be final and binding on the customer of the program.

Taxes:
The offer is all inclusive with all taxes limited to services offered. Any extra services rendered against charges; taxes will be applicable as per prevailing norms.

Cancellation:
Bookings once done and confirmed cannot be cancelled or altered. In case of no show the offer will be considered as redeemed and will not be revived in any conditions.

Transferable:
This offer can be gifted, but customers cannot sell this offer in open market. Company does not approve the same and may deny redemption if such actions are found on behalf of customer.

Weekdays / Weekend Days:
Check-in between Monday to Thursday fall under weekdays and check-in between Friday to Sunday fall under weekends as per resort policy. Customers are requested to check the check-in validity days for every stay offer.

Blackout Days:
Days from 20th December to 5th of January and 4 national holidays – 15th Aug, 2nd Oct, 26th Jan & 1st May are considered blackout days for the offer and customers will not be allowed for any bookings.

Split:
Offers for 2 nights stay cannot be split and, both nights redemption has to be done consecutively at a stretch. Customer can book the nights by calling on reservation or visit our website for online booking.

Booking Notice Period :
All bookings need to be done minimum 15 days prior and no walk-in bookings will be entertained against this offer.

Offer Conjunction:
No two offers of the resort can be combined and used in conjunction.

Pure Vegetarian :
Sanskruti Suites & Resort, Karjat is a pure vegetarian and consumption of non-vegetarian even eggs are not permitted in the resort premises.

Rules Of Occupancy:
Resort & Room house rules highlighted in resort premises and rooms are applicable and binding for the all the guests.

Extra Charges :
Anything which is not mentioned in the offer is extra chargeable as per prevailing rates & price of resort.

Arbitration:
In case of any disputes or difference between the parties in connection with the prepaid offer, the same shall be decided by arbitration. The arbitrator shall be the General Manager of the hotel or any other person nominated by him. The arbitration shall be as per the Indian Arbitration act. The venue of the said arbitration shall be Mumbai or Pune.

The Club Sanskruti membership program is operated by Pushpam Resorts which will collect, use, store and transfer your personal information as per its privacy policy given on privacy policy. With the acceptance of the Sanskruti privileged prepaid offer, an individual agrees the terms of use as set out in this privacy policy and thus be contacted to receive information about the program benefits, promotional content and renewal of the membership from time to time via phone, e-mail, text messaging or letter. If your personal information is not provided, it may not be possible to manage your offer effectively or at all.
